The Insulation system utilizes the latest advances in insulation technology.  The exact design varies for the specific use of the kiln, and is optimized using computer analysis. Heating elements are supported on tubes and this system is completely separate from the insulation. This means heat is dissipated quickly and efficiently, with air circulating fully around the elements. The result is faster heating times, more efficiency and longer element life. The complete element system can be renewed without affecting the insulation.

Range of control and read out equipment  for electric and gas kilns

Control equipment for kilns start at the simplest devices that turn a kiln off right up to electronic thyristor systems that gradually increase the power being supplied to the kiln, as required. These are available for electric or gas fired kilns. Microprocessor controllers are used which can be easily programmed to fire the kiln completely through all phases of the firing. Programmes may be changed and stored at will. Fault diagnosis is available as well as printer units which will print out a log with all aspects of the firing.
